Refund Policy

All of our products are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will address the following issues:

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange an exchange at no additional charge.

Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 15days of delivery. We will promptly ship you the correct item.

Please note that since each item is custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or choosing the wrong size.
